Yes...several times. The BMW 750iL uses a 12 cylinder engine.

Never did own one however...maintenance on them can be a real motherfucker.

You're basically dealing with two separate 6 cylinder engines bolted onto a common block.

That thing had a 3516B, 2,650 HP....5.3L per cylinder...that's 84.8L engine, haha.

First thing that comes to mind when I think of 12 cylinder is a Jaguar and I bet any number of modern and cheap cars could smack the sh*t out of it, so simply telling somebody to own a 12 cylinder is a bit imprecise.
