I used to rent cars to Bill Nunn regularly in the early 90s, I also rented a car to Jack Klugman and I ran into Jeff Bridges in Santa Monica once. About a year ago I was having lunch with my wife and a good friend of mine in Newport Beach and we noticed Anne Hathaway sitting next to us with her fiance.

PS-They like it if you don't make a big deal about it.

I saw the Asian dude from the last few Fast and Furious movies at the airport in South Korea a few months ago. He looked in real life just like in the movies.

I also saw Bush Jr. at the Texas Motor Speedway when he was the Texas Governor, was about 20 feet away.

Was a teenager in a 7-11 drinking a Slurpee and playing Street Fighter 2 when Eazy-E walked in. Excited as shit I said YO EAZY! He said something back but I was too star struck and didn't hear it. Being in LA you see a lot of celbs, but usually it's ones I hardly know or don't care about. I saw Sam Jackson when I was eating at Roscoes Chicken & Waffles one time, but I was too nervous to say anything to him. Always heard he was a hella cool guy, but I just sat and looked and he ended up leaving before I grew the balls to approach him.

Were you going on the rumor that Eazy-E was a homosexual?

Personally knowing some of the rap guys, I would not have tried to approach Eazy-E if I were a dude after he became NWA.

You post too much black centric shit.

There was no such rumor back then, the 1st time I heard it was after he died from AIDS. At the time I only knew of Eazy as a gangsta rapper who rapped a lot about fucking tons of bitches. It would have been impossible for me to approach him after the rumors, as he was already dead from AIDS.

You have some interesting theories though, maybe you can use your brain power to solve the JFK assassination mystery.

Pretty sure the only one I have seen up close, and spoken to, was John Kerry. He and Theresa Heinz were docking a freaking gorgeous Hinckley 42' jet-drive in Nantucket and I happened to be on the dock to catch lines.
I met Theresa Heinz in person at an Iowa State luncheon. Oddly enough, there was no ketchup during the luncheon

Did you mean Raffaello Follieri, the scam artist?

Steve Martin, Greg Oden, the band Everclear, and a few more.

The most interesting one was UFC hall of famer Dan Severn in my living room in Chicago IL. His daughter and my wife are good friends and she was our roommate when I lived there.

I saw Hulk Hogan in the airport when I was a kid, it was totally awesome since I was a huge fan. Didn't get to talk to him but just seeing him was great.

That's exactly where my 4th-grade classmate met him, except he got an autograph. He says he was the only one to recognize him through his hat and shades. Hogan supposedly told him he'd only do the autograph if he promised not to let everyone know he was there. This would have been ~ '90, '91 unless he was telling an older story.

Between guest speakers at work conventions and living in Los Angeles I've seen lots. Living in Stockholm you can see a lot as well since the city is so small.

Generally I don't even recognize them. Men are easier but women look like different people without all the makeup on.

I went to the movies with Ben Utecht(TE - won a SB with Colts, played behind Clark) and my buddy after a concert he performed. When he shook my hand his fingers went half way up my arm it seemed hah.

He wouldn't stop talking during the movie.

I tried my hardest to not talk about Peyton too much.

I think he said Hogan had a crutch or let cast or something.

My brother and I saw Shaq at Newark Airport once. He said no when my brother asked if he could take a picture with him.

My brother and sister and I saw Winona Ryder at Crossgates Mall in Albany when she was in town filming The Age of Innocence. She gave my sister an autograph.

They like the help to remain the help.

The help? Why do you feel the need to cut people down every time you post?

When Bill Nunn came in and started renting cars from me I didn't even know who he was. He actually asked me if I knew who he was and I said that I did not. I think he liked that (I think he was letting a GF use the cars he rented and he would keep them for weeks at a time).

Oh, my friends and I saw Ashley Judd in Long Beach when she was dating Dario Franchitti, we were in the pit lane area and one of my friends asked her for her autograph but she denied him. We also saw Paul Newman numerous times along with his wife once. I have Dario's autograph and Mario Andretti's autograph as well. We saw Dennis Rodman in the pits at the Long Beach GP one year too.

Roger Waters..kind of a dick

Michael Keaton - dick

I like how people think because they met someone once, for a brief moment, they can judge whether or not they were nice or jerks. Maybe they were pretending to be nice? Maybe they were rude because they had a bad day? Hmmmm.

Ran into Pauly Shore about 10 years ago in Sioux Falls, SD, of all places. He was stoned out of his mind and bummed a smoke off me.

While waiting to see a Lewis Black show in Las Vegas my wife and I went to grab a coffee when who gets in line right behind us but Lewis Black himself. We chatted for a little bit and my wife gave him shit. It was cool.

I wonder if he thought your wife was a bit of a dick.

George Clooney felt me up at a strip club in Scottsdale, Az in the late 90s. It was one of the most awkward moments of my life. He was drunk and staying at a hotel a few of the friends I was out with worked at. They said hi and told him it was my birthday (which it was) he came over and wanted to buy me a lap dance and kept rubbing my chest which was very odd and awkward.

I met Ben Wallace at my gym, he was there playing pickup basketball. Also walked right by Matt Stafford outside of my work, he was with his blonde bombshell of a girlfriend

I've met a few, mostly at charity events:

Mohammed Ali - Charity event. I was close enough to greet him with a "Glad to meet you champ". He wasn't able to really respond, but he did acknowledge by looking at me.

Wayne Gretzky - Another charity event.

Jay Leno - performed at a local charity event and he greeted my table as he walked across the floor to take the stage.

George Diefenbaker - Former Prime Minister of Canada. I met him about seven years after he was PM. He was standing on a deserted street corner in a provincial park waiting for someone to recognize him. I was about 10 years old and ran up and talked to him for a couple of minutes and got his autograph. Really cool guy.

Sat next to and played Blackjack with Nick Stahl (Carnivale, T3) for about an hour in Vegas. I knew I recognized him but couldn't remember who he was until after he left. We just shot the shit as typical table players will do. Seemed nice enough.
