we always have companies we do business with bringing restaurant food to our office. lately its become common for people here to hide some of the food (esp. the thai) to take home rather than letting everyone eat it. does that count as stealing a coworkers lunch?

we actually have a bigger problem with people bringing food and then not eating it and leaving it in the refrigerators until it gets moldy

one time someone bought a bunch of mcdonalds hot fudge sundays and stored them in the freezer and i ate one. no one said anything about it, maybe because it was during the holidays when there is a lot of other snacks around here, gift baskets etc...

sad part would have been if that other person had a major dietary need too that was stolen.
