I've never walked out of a movie. But I think I would've walked out of Pearl Harbor. I can't believe how bad that was. Seriously - it would not have been difficult to make a good movie out of the material. I would've walked out on the Rollerball remake too. WHY DID THEY MAKE THE PROTAGONIST "JONATON"?!!? WHAT IS WRONG WITH "JONATHAN"??!?!?!

I was so scarred that I won't watch anything with Kurt Russell, with the exception of Grindhouse/Death Proof, and that is only because Rosario Dawson, Zoe Bell, and Tracie Thoms beat him to death at the end.

Funny you mention that. I walked out on that movie too.

Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever
Holy bolloxing shit that movie was bad! ...but I still watched it.

I forced myself to watch it just because it was bad. The scuttlebutt was that it was the worst movie ever made and I just had to see if that was true. I concur with the reviews. It's so monumentally bad, so utterly screwed-up, so completely without any merit that every movie fan should watch it for the experience. Anyone that whines about movie x or movie y being the worst movie ever is just proving that they have not seen Ecks Vs. Sever. That's the undisputed king of bad.

Yeah honestly I've never seen anything as bad as Ballistic.

I almost walked out of Superbad, but I was with friends that seemed to be enjoying it. I did step out of the theatre for a good 10-15 minutes to take a phone call from my brother.

I walked out of The Indian in the Cupboard. That was the most goddamn boring movie I have ever seen in my entire life. Nothing can top it. Alexander came close, but it was just two boobies short. The Indian in the Cupboard is the worst movie in the history of the universe. I approve of this message.

Once. "Gods & Generals" -- the worst civil war movie, ever. Walked out at the intermission. It was well over 3 hours long, if I recall.

EDIT: lol 8% at Rotten Tomatoes Text

I haven't walked out of a theater. We did bail on "Anchorman" at a drive-in, though it was the second movie of a double-feature. I reserve my Netflix 1-star ratings for films so bad or boring I don't even bother to finish watching. Among these:

The Love Guru
Effects
Birth
The Triplets of Belleville
The Lion King 1 1/2
Caligula

I take it you didnt watch Happy Feet either? I never saw or wanted to see it, but I used to love to tease people at work about it, accusing them of just getting back from the theater to watch Happy Feet. Especially this one lady, she was a big penguin fan. I accused her of leaving the country to watch the 3D version of Happy Feet. There was no 3d version of Happy Feet. We couldnt stop laughing about that movie.

Spaceballs.
You're a bad man. A very very bad man.
Spaceballs was a classic. Most Mel Brooks movies are.
Many Mel Brooks movies are classics; I can't get enough of Young Frankenstein, for one. Spaceballs, however, was just tedious. For me. Obviously you differ.

edit: my date was the one who suggested leaving, and I couldn't think of any reason to stay.

Just started with Netflix a few weeks ago. Been doing the same thing. I thought I'd get caught up with my movies but most of them are just crap. Am glad I'm not paying Blockbuster prices for them.

The title doesnt matter. They are all worthy of the early walk out.
