Their ham biscuits give me a chubby
Uh, I don't live there anymore, but I'm pretty sure there is a Bojangles in Union Station in DC. There are also locations in Richmond, which is 2 hrs away, but definitely accessible to DC. So you will find it in "that part of the country." It's fast food fried chicken. They can open it anywhere and have it taste exactly the same. That's how fast food franchises work.
FF places tend to get shittier the further they expand, though. It's been about 11 years since I was last in DC, but before that I wasn't familiar with them being in Northern Virginia. And it was only a few years ago that they finally found their way into northern Florida. They are pretty thin in Georgia, and I believe most concentrated in NC/SC.

Bojangles is mostly nc/sc correct.
I personally assure you that Bojangles in Richmond is as good as the one on South College Rd in Wimington, NC.
Fried chicken is a lost art up here in Maine. The best place to get it is the Popeye's at the I-95 rest area in Kennebunk. Sounds filthy, but they do enough volume that you always get chicken that just came out. KFC is a poor substitute, but I like Popeyes as much as I like Bojangles.
that happened to zaxby's down here. it used to take longer to get your food, but it was good and FRESH. now it's assembly line crap, made to get out as quickly as possible.
there are a bunch here in Georgia. they were gone for awhile, and now they are repopulating. my dad was a VP for Bojangles in the late 80s, we had to relocate to NC. but the company outings were delish!
Every time I past by one I think of zinfamous. The man is passionate about Bojangles and fried chicken. Depending on where I work, I pass by one once or twice a week. I'm going to be working at a job site in Kennesaw, GA tomorrow and there's two near there. I will pickup some Bojangles for dinner in honor of zinfamous. Bojangles do have good biscuits.

D:
wtf are you talking about? it is nothing like KFC.
Bojangles makes fried chicken. they make biscuits.
KFC does none of this.
Bo is amazing. those who don't know, are missing out.
You are a disgrace to Raleigh, sir!
wtf is cluck u?
the fact they had to put a chain with Louisiana in the name instead of "California chicken" shows that Cali doesn't know shit about fried chicken.
Bojangles is teh Higgs Bosson of all fried chicken. Everything there is Cajun so....No original or extra crispy etc. Its great tasting with a hint of cajun
mmmm bojangles
i moved to kansas for about a year (long story) and when i visited home after about 6 months or so, i got in to town the same day my brother in law got in from his deployment to afghanistan. when my sister asked where we wanted to eat we said "bojangles" immediately.
fried chicken? check.
sweet tea? check (fucking kansas...no sweet tea worth a god damn anywhere)
and the seasoned fries...mmm
thing is, if you dont get there when they are busy, the food sits forever and isnt worth a shit. but if its fresh, its pretty damn tasty.
Popeye's red beans & rice is the best side in any chicken joint, but the last time I made it down to Columbia to get some Popeye's, the container had a false bottom - half beans & rice, half empty space.the only thing I like about popeyes is their red beans and rice...
Last couple of times I've gotten some Bojangles chicken it has been greasy as hell. The fries are always amazing though. I usually just stick to their biscuits. You can't go wrong there, especially the Bo-berry biscuits.
What about me.
