Yep, twice.

Almost cut my right index finger off on the band saw in shop class in 7th grade.

and

Gashed my stomach open with a bungie cord hook after it slipped out of my hand while fully stretched out.

had stitches in my forehead. chick let go of a bat during softball in PE and i was sitting in the dugout area looking the other way. had to walk across campus then get driven to my pcp. they numbed it and after i think 12 or so stitches you can't see a scar.

Several times. Ran into a rusty hanging down under some bleachers, stitches on the top of my head. Blood everywhere! Then I fell on concrete and had a cut near my eye, blood everywhere. Wrecked my bike in gravel and got a quarter inch piece stuck in my elbow. And then finally just a year or so ago almost cut my finger of with scissors.

I had a benign tumor removed from my shoulder when I was twelve. Size of a baseball, solid bone.

Had to get the end of my finger stitched back on once.

Also had my knee stapled back together.

Yep, lower lip. Standing in science class, passed out and smashed into the floor, my teeth went through my lower lip, took a couple of stitches and a lot of other dental work

I should have had some after my sister threw a large block of wood at my skull when I was about 3, but my dad took me to McDonald's for a happy meal instead of the hospital.

I've had two knee surgeries and the coolest thing next to the meds is pulling the stitches out.

It's like pulling wires out of flesh... totally neat.

******, I almost past out (sp?) when I got the stunts taken out of my nose from a rhino-septoplasy (hockey accident). Didn't realize they were touching my brain.... literally. The relief in pressure almost made me faint.

Recovery is totally cool.

can see a scar from it still yet my facial hair covers it.

My knee
My eyelid
The top of my head
My arm
My foot
My gums

I was a wild kid. Had broken bones, too.

VeggieFrog, on the other hand, has never had a broken bone, never had stitches, never had mumps, measles or chicken pox. And she has only had the flue twice in 23 years.

On my knee from falling on glass. And below my right eyebrow. I was about 9 or 10. I was sliding down ice slope at school on my belly when someone jumped on top of me. My face was planted on the ice and I couldnt lift it. At the end of the slope were big ice bumps. Man I still remember looking down seeing them and being so desperate to lift my head so I wouldnt hit them. But no. Hit one of them with full force. Didnt pass out but I could barely stand up and when I did everyone was looking at me in shock. Then the blood started dripping over my eye. They took me to the nurse and on the way all the girls were screaming and that made even scarier but in the end it wasnt all that bad. Stitching was interesting since I could see them working so close to my eye. A few millimeters lower and I would have been blind in one eye.

Only These

And the ones in my other eye as well I guess...

I still have them, unless they happen to break they'll be with me the rest of my life.

Yes - 21 on one side of my head next to my eye and 14 (?) on the opposite side of my head next to my other eye - from fooling around with my older brother when I was young and from falling off a bunk bed and hitting my head on a table when I was sleeping (also when I was young). Then again when I had some surgery and then with my wisdom teeth coming out.

No, although I've just barely slipped by various sharp objects (broken beer bottles, jutting branches, etc) countless times on my bike.
