I've beat the living daylight outta this body . . this vehicle, this time around.

Many times.

I've had 6 broken arms. Had a blast earning them! Hurt like hell!!!

Thank God never a broken leg. (yet)

About a zillion bad injuries from all kinds of fun: backpacking, rock climbing, surfing radical waves too big for me (death defying for true), stitches to fix sundry injuries.

Hey I don't have a lot of fear, I beat myself up in the process, but I have a good time. It's all good.

Yes, stitches suck and they hurt. Better to have natural dissolving ones compared to the ones the doc has to take out after a few weeks. Taking out hurts like hell.

I've had stitches back when I was 5. I attempted to cut this watermelon with a paring knife. Yeah, stupid. But I wanted the damn watermelon!

I had surgery last year. Seems my stomach had gone straight north through my diaphragm and had started to twist. There was no way to feel that. I originally went into the emergency room because I thought my appendix had busted. They took X-rays and couldn't find my stomach, until they did an ultrasound and found out where it was.

Yeah, freaky. I know.

So after talking to the surgeon we agreed that I needed to take care of this sooner than later. July 14th I went into surgery. The surgeon took my stomach and had to disentangle it like, and I'm quoting him exactly, "fishing line that had been wrapped up against a large lure". He pulled it down through my diaphragm and placed it where it should be, using a piece of my small intestine to anchor it to my body. July 21st was when I finally got home with 32 staples from my sternum down to my belly button. Hurt Like Hell! I couldn't move because almost all of my stomach muscles had been ripped open. I finally went back to work on September 1st.

So now I have a large healed over scar on my body. I won't be going swimming for a very long time.

last time i had them was ~6mos ago after spinal surgery. had ~200 from what the neurosurgeon said, not do to the length of the incision (only ~5") but because he had to do a set at every layer all the way down to the spinal canal, if i remember correctly i think he said 8 layers of them. he definately didn't want me ripping open my back.... obviously he did it in the o.r. so i was completely out for the 6+hr surgery.

I recently got four in the arm when two asian guys tried to mug me on my way home and decided to put their knife through some of my skin. Didn't hurt at all, and even though the nurse told me to come back in a week to have them removed, I just waited a week then took them out myself.

Im 17 and I just got a mole removed for testing.. guess the wanted to make money Either way I got two stitches.. Didn't feel anything though it was irritating the first day. I get them taken out Wednesday. They aren't that bad until they have to cut them out. Especially if your skin has started to grow around them.

Multiple times. I have a most impressive scar on my right wrist from putting it through a glass window when I was a kid. 50 stitches baby! I also have had a few other minor cuts that needed stitches through the years.

I'm a lot better now - but still have no function in my left arm, though some motor control is coming back to my bi/tricep.

My leg is doing pretty well, but my knee has some discomfort when i work out. All in all, i'm lucky to be alive, so i'm happy just to be walking and talking.

100+ in my head and 40+ in my ear for a head injury. 3 in my ankle from a broken ankle. 7 in my forehead for colliding with a coffee table.

So yeah, I've had a few.

I think I got at least a dozen of them... Worst one is breaking a showcase window with my head. Glass shard comes down and hit just right of my eye socket, going outwards. Go to closest clinic and the doctor is drunk. So I got 6 stitches, but they were not pulled tight enough, so I am left with a huge scar. Then parents decide to remedy that and sent me to cosmetic surgery, that involved cutting open from basically tear gland all the way across the lower eyelid and 5cm beyond, then cut out the scar, then stitch it all back together. Supposedly took 42 points.

Yeah, I cut my right leg on a sharp piece of metal on a dog house when I was 9. I told my dad I thought it was kinda deep, so he had me put a band-aid on it. I kept telling him that I thought it was pretty deep and that it didn't stop bleeding, and after like half an hour he actually looked at it and was like O_O sh1t let's go to the hospital. Apparently since I was acting so calm about it and not crying or anything he just assumed it wasn't very deep lol.
