If the drug = illegal, I.e. it is banned by law in any context then yes. If it's legal, i.e. you can own it, legally in any context then no.

Kay, I feel better answering no then. Every month or so I take a double dose of tylenol and it calms me down, The times I don't take tylenol I take ibuprofen and it's usually enough to calm down my stress headaches.

Yeah that's not what I was aiming at, I used to be on vallium, i took a couple of extra ones on occasion.
