Taking too much of your prescription medication/ someone else's medication = stupid. (in the UK not illegal, I don't know about elsewhere) Even if it is illegal where you are the nature of those drugs are prescription, not illegally obtained.

Then yes the question said is it illegal in your area? If where you take it it is illegal then you answer yes.

Look up what drugs are illegal in your area, then if something you have taken is on the list answer the question yes. if it's not answer no, to be sure look it up from multiple sources. I don't know what's legal where you live, I can't help you further.
