Keep in mind, this is Australia. After accepting the man's card, the clerk had to ride his kangeroo 12 miles to the nearest SouthEastern Union to swipe it.

If this had been America, the card would not have done him any good, but he probably would have had his head chopped off by an RC helicopter before even setting foot in the store.
