You should know (of all people ) that Outpost would only have to charge sales tax if they have a "physical presence" in the state.

Since Fry's bought Outpost, Fry's locations (at least in TX) became the "physical presence." Outpost now has to charge tax.

Well, I just spoke with them again, and the CSR told me that my order was expected to arrive on APRIL 16th. He was a very nice guy, so I didn't want to get angry (and I shouldn't really be angry, I mean...this is a Hot Deal), but what is keeping me from simply cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

I just called and talked to George. He said that he has no idea when they're getting it in. He said that the manufactors normally don't give a delivery date. Ugh...I want to watch oz again :frown:

My copy of Oz got shipped today, but they split the order...they didn't ship Romeo & Julliet
