Maybe the others already died, I honestly don't remember them very well- is it possible one of the stabbers was the guy Wun Wun smashed into the wall?
Yes, Wun Wun killed one but Jon was stabbed by 6 traitors though another was killed when the wildlings first came in, might have been the 6th.
when all the ships were burned last week?
On another topic.
Did anyone else think it was strange that Varys was sending away murderer chick on a ship, when all the ships were burned last week? :\
Yeah, I think the other one was killed during the initial fighting.

I thought it a ruse as well...until he brought out the wolf head.
I guess that just leaves Jon's, Bran's, and...Arya's? Clearly she doesn't seem to have her wolf anymore though.
Didn't they kill Arya's wolf in the second or third episode? Just after Joffrey revealed what an asshole he was in the incident with the butcher's boy?

They killed Lady, Sansa's wolf. Arya made her wolf escape.
Am I the only one who found this episode slow and boring? I know it's a big setup episode where they are moving the plot along, but it was sloooooow and uninteresting. I found myself grabbing my tablet and reading sports news during the show.
Well if Rickon is given to Ramsay Bolton as a hostage supposedly he can use that against any Stark or bastard from the Starks i.e. surrender or Rickon dies.
On the other hand if he is being used as rallying point by a House loyal to House Stark, he is that last known male survivor of the Stark line (not counting bastards and no one knows presumably if Bran is alive except a couple of characters) which is traditionally wanted to carry on the name.

ok, how did the head of the Umber clan know john stark is marching towards winterfell w/wildlings?
sure, he probably didn't know jon was dead.
but what made him think jon was going to abandon his post as Lord Commander and march towards him?
I got nothing from that scene that indicated the Umbers knew anything about Jon Snow marching that way. The Wildlings, sure, but he wouldn't have known anything about Jon being murdered, resurrected, leaving the NW, etc.
This show generates a disturbing satisfaction over certain cases of child murder/death.
"It's not fair, daddy! It's just not fair!" Sansa was such a bitch the first half of season 1. ....I still really don't care about all the awful things that happen to her.
I want to know why the Umbers decided to toss their loyalty to the Starks and switch to Boltons. They of all people knew there was a living heir to the house. Karstarks I understand, but not the Umbers.
