Ok this is bugging the hell out of me. this was one of the first comments in this thread for the finale episode. I read all the subsequent pages trying to figure it out but to no avail...
Two sets of boobs???
Margaery and ?????
One thing that makes a little more sense after the last episode is the Arya in Braavos plotline. It is obvious now she went there to learn how to swap faces, now both she and her bro (Bran) have their own form of magic.
What isn't explained is why when she used that power for revenge previously it blinded her, while now there is no penalty for use.
That and Jaqen letting her walk don't really have a logical answer, unless what the Many Faced God always wanted was an Arya murdering highborns in Westeros and the whole blindness thing was a test to see if she had the guts to go through with such a mission even if it cost her dearly.
there's a theory that the Iron Bank of Braavos has ties with the Faceless Men
"But, House Mormont remembers. The North remembers! We know no King but the King of the North whose name is Stark. I don't care if he's a bastard. Ned Stark's blood runs through his veins. He's my kingfrom this day until his last day."
When Tywin speaks you listen, Westeros is going to be up shits creek when everything is dusted and settled and the Iron Bank of Bravos comes knocking.
never said she was dead. She's not dead.
If the white walkers win, they're not going to pay. If Dany wins, she'll have dragons and won't need to pay. If anyone else wins there might not be anything left to pay with. The Iron Bank will probably have to write off Westeros entirely and be more careful with their future investments.
well, scratch the idea of extending GoT.8-9 hours of high quality final footage in a year is a huge demand and the cracks have been showing. I'd much rather have a few fewer episodes if it means that they're less rushed, contain less needless padding (Arya's arc..) and are more ambitious.
Jaime is on her hit list?

series creator said this the day after season6 finale aired:
"Its two more seasons were talking about," Benioff said. "From pretty close to the beginning, we talked about doing this in 70 to 75 hours, and thats what well end up with. Call it 73 for now. What Dan [Weiss] says is really true, but its not just trying not to outstay your welcome. Were trying to tell one cohesive story with a beginning, middle and end."
I wonder if Danny's fleet will pick up Gendry and his rowboat on their way to Westeros.
Good for them to have some integrity and not letting this show run itself into the ground.
That means expect a spinoff/prequel in three years though.
My man has been boating for a while.
So was that whole religious takeover arc that they spent hours of screen time on really meant to remind us that Cersei is basically evil?
Mostly it ended the alliance between the Lannisters and the Tyrells. Oh and it ended their legitimate claim to the throne.

Seems is might be out of character with them, has HBO ever done a spinoff ?
I personally do not recall any off hand.
They usually just move onto other projects.
