So was that whole religious takeover arc that they spent hours of screen time on really meant to remind us that Cersei is basically evil?
No, it was to put her on the throne.

"After the Thrones," I guess.
Entourage movie. Sex and the City movie. Probably some others.
Maybe "The Pacific" as a spinoff from Band of Brothers. (not really)
She's the one who empowered the faith militant. Oops.
had she not killed Robert way back in the beginning, all of her children would likely be alive today.
Bran makes his way back to Winterfel.
Bran needs to stay where the f he is.
Stupid ass is going to break the magic of the wall.
Will that do it, or will they blow the horn? Will Samwell get all the ancient research together from the citadel to combat the walkers?
literally every single thing she's done has just made things worse.
she blew up the faith militant to fix one mistake, but now the Tyrells are about to starve out King's Landing.

Horn?
Book spoilers!!!!

I don't understand how they are going to give the Lannisters any sort of fighting chance next season, unless something elsewhere derails Dany and her crew on the way (I guess Theon's uncle with his thousands of ships could interrupt things en route?).
Otherwise it is Dany and her dragons, the Sand Snakes/Dornish, the Tyrells, the Ironmen, and the Dothraki horde, all against a depleted Lannister force with barely any allies since so much of their army before was made up of Tyrells. Seems like a straight up slaughter to me. Maybe Qyburn can revive thousands of dead people to fight for the queen?
I sure hope this means we are done with Esteros; so freaking bored of that place.

See, I don't view it that way. Some of us want you and a couple of other knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers to start your own thread so you can live in a little idyllic wonderland with the few people who are too freaking stupid to notice that none of this shit makes sense anymore. All they're doing is concocting cliffhangers to appeal to people who can't follow along with intricate plotting. Noticing that does not make us smart, failing to notice makes YOU stupid.
Arya was blind because she was poisoned by a face because, apparently, when someone isn't well trained the 'face is as good as poison'; her sight was restored. She was trained and passed training. She now has proficiency-face and doesn't suffer <blindness> when using a face. One thing that makes a little more sense after the last episode is the Arya in Braavos plotline. It is obvious now she went there to learn how to swap faces, now both she and her bro (Bran) have their own form of magic.
What isn't explained is why when she used that power for revenge previously it blinded her, while now there is no penalty for use.
That and Jaqen letting her walk don't really have a logical answer, unless what the Many Faced God always wanted was an Arya murdering highborns in Westeros and the whole blindness thing was a test to see if she had the guts to go through with such a mission even if it cost her dearly.
Your mistake is looking at this logically. Of course the Lannisters *should* be toast, the money is gone and the only guys with brains (Tywin and Tyrion) are dead and working for the opposition. But this is the new Game of Thrones where nobody will act consistently or believably and can only be trusted to do monumentally stupid things when the story requires it. So:
Tyrion remembers he's a Lannister and betrays Dany by leading part of the fleet off the edge of the world which miraculously is flat because now it needs to be.
The Tyrells hate the Sand Snakes as much as we do and abandon Dany to go to war with Dorne.
The Dothraki get scared on the boat ride, find god and become pacifists.
The Unsullied turn out to not be eunuchs after all and they find Cersei hot, so they rally to her side.
Bingo, whole new ball game. And it makes more sense than anything that happened in season 6.
To be fair they will largely be useless in westeros as they can't do anything against the castles with no siege skills and their weapons are not designed for armored fighters.
More like cannon fodder then anything right now.

the power to control dragons kills your mother during childbirth? hence Danny, Jon, and Tyrion?
King Aerys was Tyrion's real father. Kinda awesome he used wildfire to repel Stannis' attack. and why the dragon didn't turn Tyrion into a crispy critter in the dungeon.
I'm picturing the 3 of them each riding atop a dragon fighting the white walkers...ehhh seems to corny. I would think Tyrion wouldn't be able to hold on. maybe with a saddle?
