Me too. The "gets it done" type sounds like the opposite of "high maintenance" but Gavin just isn't impressed and doesn't care about the methods.

That was just to show how Gilfoyle had no friends. And, the obvious problem is Bachman is out and nobody can stand up for Richard on the board now.

I don't think Bachman had to sell all his shares though. I could have sworn the da said something to the effect of 'wouldn't the shares more than cover your expenses'. And even without many shares does that guarantee he would lose his board seat?

Yep. Laurie bought out Russ Hanneman's share of the company (iirc) and now she has probably bought Erlich's as well. She and Richard are getting along better after she named him CEO of the company, though, so who knows if that's going to be a source of conflict.

His vote didn't matter anyway, Laurie already had a controlling majority. Erlich and Richard were as good as not being on the board at all.

Bachman selling all his shares makes for an interesting story line, but doesn't seem the least bit realistic. On the Verge of launching the product - just days out - with shares worth at least $5-10M and debts of $730k? Creditors can be held off.
