HD crashed, anyway to fix?

Windows reads my 20GB HD, but when I try to explore the files it says the disk is unreadable. I guess the partition was damaged or something?

Anyways, any good programs for recovering the files? I tried Partition Magic but it couldn't fix anything because it couldn't read the partition.

This drive held all my MP3s, gonna be a pain in the butt getting 15GB back =0
