Whats a really good hard drive enclosure
that is nice and slim and also silver or white???

One that fits 3.5" hard drives.

The Bytec and AMS enclosures at Newegg are usually very good and relatively cheap -- take your pick.

I have the black one of this silver Kingwin and it works well and looks cool too - just don't put a maxtor in there, maxtors run waaaayy to hot to put in an external enclosure without a fan. The lights really aren't as bright as the picture suggests, they had way to slow a shutter speed on the camera

i have the blue vantec nexstar3 with a 60gb WD... soooo sweet looking in the dark... works like a charm too...

I second that, they look killer. don't have one, I want one. but I've read the paint scratches real easy.
