Hey.. I'm currently experiencing some weird HDD behaviour. It's my Western Digital WD2000JD SATA 200gb i think. Sometimes when I'm working in Windows it just "reboots" (the harddrive, not Windows) meaning it shuts down and spin up, sometimes repeatedly.
If it means it's about to crash, I've looked at some harddrives. But since both SATA-slots are filled, and I don't want to buy a controller, it's going to be normal ATA.
I don't care that much about speed, it's stability it's all about!
Is Maxtor MaXLine III 250 GB (7B250R0) a good choice? Or Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250 GB (ST3300831A)?
