Headphones for the hard of hearing??

Our church wants to explore getting headsets for a few of our members who cannot hear the sermon. Is there any such thing as amplifying headsets, or a way to transmit from the pulpit to a headset? Bear with me if this sounds like a dumb question!

Look into "bone conduction" ear-pieces / headsets, etc.

There is an existing technology designed for this situation. It is audio looping. My church has it, and it allows individual hearing aids to react.
