Working out every day isn't safe as far as I know the muscle groups need recreational time, that's why body builders make exercise plans and leave few days for regeneration before exerting the same muscle again.
As for alcohol you should be fine if your blood alcohol content level doesn't rise above 0.05% it can be even considered healthy (can check with this
BAC calculator), helps prevention of some cardio vascular infections if I'm not mistaken
Bodybuilders don't work based on science. Although it typically takes 7-9 days for muscles to completely recover from strenuous exercise, you can continue to work out while it's healing. If you're not too sore to workout, you're typically fine. Putting the tension on the healing muscle tissue actually improves the passive strength of your connective tissue, which is essential to getting stronger. The best athletes in the world exercise every day - sprinters, Olympic weightlifters, wrestlers, MMA fighters. It's part of getting stronger. The advice bodybuilders give is based on research, but taken out of context.
OP - you can do this, but you need to make sure you're taking care of your body. Since you're working out so much, you need to be stretching, foam rolling, etc just as much to maintain good muscle mechanics and muscle length. Many people can't handle doing two-a-days because eventually they get overuse injuries. These overuse injuries can be limited by taking care of yourself. In addition to foam rolling, stretching, warm-ups, cool-downs, you want to hone your diet in a bit more (good recovery foods - lean meats, leafy greens, fibrous carbs) and may want to supplement things like fish oil to keep inflammation down.
