One of my many MAGA neighbors told me about this the other day as we were looking at the retention pond lake a few feet away from our house after Milton. She said the government has patents to create hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanos, etc. and control them. Normally I would ask questions to make them look stoopid without them realizing it but I just didn't feel like it this time.
