I wish I would have had a helmet cam for some of my engagements. Would have been interesting to be able to see them again in video and not just memory. Plus it would have been a good tool to see what I could have done better.

Basically he was quasi pinned by SAF obviously no sniper or he would have been dead very quickly. He did the right thing by not getting too cute hugging the road and using firepower concentrated in burst.

The Taliban can't shoot for shit. But they fight dirty in small groups (2-3). The best way to deal with it in most cases is to finish it fast and get the fuck out.
