My laptop is Asus EEE PC 1015pn with windows 7. The SSD drive was installed without any issue. Until today, i installed a software called " WintoUSB " in order to build a extra bootable windows 8.1 pro on a usb stick. After win8 installation completed, I rebooted the system and disabled the SSD drive from bios. and then rebooted win8 again with usb stick. The win8 runs without problem but it just runs very slow on usb stick. Anyway that was not the point.
I wanted to go back to use win7 on my ssd. So I turned off laptop and unpluged the usb stick but the bios cant detect the ssd drive any more even i enable AHCI from bios.
Now, i boot up the win8 on usb stick, i can still see those file and folder in ssd from win8. but The ssd cant be detected from bios so it is still not bootable.
I don't remember the model of SSD . I know it is 64G. The model maybe crucial C300 i m not sure .???
Does anyone here have a solution? Thanks !!
