Help connecting with site

Ok. I own rsanders.net. I cannot access this website in anyway. I can't go to run>cmd and ping it, and I can't check my email via Outlook Express. Although, If I go to my mothers, who lives about 5 miles away or so, and she has the same internet as I have, she connects just fine. Also everyone I have asked to visit it, they connect fine.

I have tried restarting my computer and have checked the HOSTS file to see if it was blocked.

Any suggestions you guys?

BTW, the front page is blank, so there is no content right now.

Yes. I have internet access to every other website on the net. I am using the computer right now to type these messages. My speeds are fine. It is just this one server that I cannot connect to. I have been able to connect to it since I have had it, about 3 months, and it just started a few days ago.

I don't know if we are both using the same DNS server, havn't checked.

From your computer, do a start>run>cmd> nslookup rsanders.net.

Sounds like a DNS problem to me. 10 to 1, you are not using the same DNS server as your mother.

Who manages your DNS records? Perhaps your ISP isn't updating correctly.

My ISP is Charter Communications.

Here is what came up when I did the nslookup.

Ok I called my ISP and this dude said that "We don't block any websites.", which I clearly understood, but he simply says "I can't do anything to help you, I have no idea." I asked about a router problem, and he said there is no way, and then I asked if there might be a DNS issue, and he again said that he didn't think so.

Summing it up.. It was a waste calling my ISP for support of this nature.

Any more help from you guys would very much be appreciated.

is the DNS reply (70.85.116.132) the correct IP for your server? Can you ping that IP? Have you called your web hosting company? Perhaps you fubared up a password a few times and a security script added you to hosts.deny?

I can access your website via IP, but the name doesn't work.
When I put in the entry for the name or IP, I can ping those. The website only comes up with the IP. By the name, it doesn't give any error page. Can you check with your hosting company to make sure they haven't taken some settings out to resolve that at the webserver?
