HELP!! having monitor problems...

Hi all,

I'm running a CL Geforce GTS and a CTX VL950S monitor. Recently (starting a few weeks ago), my monitor would not display anything and give an error message saying that the signal is out of x.xKhz and x.xHz range. I guess basically that the refresh rate was out of whack. Sometimes it will randomly do this as my computer is trying to boot up, just before Win98 asks for my password. Other times it happens when I attept to change desktop sizes or refresh rates. Today it did it several times as I tried to install my programs. Any Suggestions? Thanks.

It'd be a good idea to have a careful look at the specs of your monitor and Vidcard, side by side. If this isn't the problem perhaps you should test the Vidcard with a different monitor. And the monitor with a different Vidcard. It may be RMA time for one or the other. SBT.
