[HELP] HD 2600 PRO Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Fix?

A simple and direct question: At the end, someone found a fix for the Flash Player hardware acceleration issue in this card? I wanted to buy the Visiontek HD 2600 PRO AGP to be able to watch HD content from YouTube, but now I'm not sure. Please help me!!!

The only "fix" I know of is to stick with Catalyst 9.11 or older. I am not sold on the stability of the Catalyst 10.x drivers for the AGP version anyways.

Guys, I'm also plaining to buy a XFX GEFORCE 8600GT 512MB DDR2 AGP, this card has the same problems than the HD 2600 PRO? Which is better? Please help, I'm out of time!

There is no GeForce 8600GT in AGP. Only PCI-E. The last NVIDIA graphics cards offered in AGP were GeForce 7 Series.

You're wrong, did you see the image I just post? There is indeed a AGP version of the 8600GT, i just want to know if I can play flash player 10.1 as well as the PCI-E version.

I don't want to spend a lot of money in a video card, like a said before, I'm not a hardcore crazy gamer, In fact the only games that entertain me are casual games like ZUMA, PEGGLE or LUXOR, but I do like HD videos.

Edit: Also my other components are pretty low (450W PSU, Pentium 4 2.53GHz). If I purchase something more demanding probably it will melt my whole system, and that's not what I want, I just need a good card that runs well with my needs without dying in trying.

The regular Catalyst drivers from ATI/AMD don't support AGP cards. There is a separate installer just for AGP:
