hey guys, i was driving down washington blvd in culver city (los angeles) to goto the gas station, it was late at night like 11pm so the roads were really empty like a car or two. i was going really fast like 50 in a 35 zone and the traffic light turned yellow infront of me. i could've slammed on the brakes, but i decided not to put that kind of strain on my car, so i decided to try and gun it. the light turned red just as i entered the intersection and the camera got a picture of me.
i'm actually from san diego but goto school in la. in SD the red-light cameras have been turned off for a couple of years now due to the legal issues surrounding the justness of using such equipment. i'm looking frantically online to find some way to fight this ticket (which i'm sure is coming), if any of you have any experience with this sort of matter (especially in los angeles) i would love to hear it.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
