Help!!! Just get steady beeping?

I have been working on trying to flash my bios. I am extreamly upset because I was just getting ready to flash I havn't even done anything yet. I have a K7T Pro MB with the Diagnostic LED function. Here is what happened, I had made a bios boot disk but have been trying to figure out how to make the backup bios disk. I have formated about 5 disks now. The last one I put in as far as I can tell has old files from my last computer which had win95 on it. I put the disk in the drive and went to start and click restart in ms dos mode. Instead of bringing up the c: prompt it just broght up a flashing cursor. I then took the disk out and pushed the reset button. It then beeped (longer than the normal quick beep) and then just began beeping continuoulsly. A reset would cause the same thing again so I finaly pushed and held the power button in and it eventually shut off. The led code says "Initializing Keyboard Controler".

Please help I have no clue and unfortunatly as a college student, no money to replace my MB.

Who knows what you did. If you can't boot, anymore, into win95, you may have squashed your BIOS. If so, perhaps you can repair it with this method: make a simple DOS boot floppy with nothing on it but the DOS system files (command.com, io.sys, msdos.sys), the BIOS flash .exe file, and the binary BIOS file. Create a one-line autoexec.bat file that contains the command that runs the flash (with, of course, the appropriate switches). Boot with this floppy. The screen will remain blank. Wait about 5 minutes, and then reboot the computer to see if the flash was accomplished. If not, you'll have to find someone who can do a hot swap for you, or send for a new BIOS chip (they're usually pretty cheap).

How do I "Create a one-line autoexec.bat file that contains the command that runs the flash (with, of course, the appropriate switches)". And will this work even if the computer isn't booting at all? Are these the correct switches (from the msi website)?

6. Type A:\awdfl783m BIOS file /py /sn /cc /r /ld to start the BIOS flash program.
/py programming yes
/sn save file no
/cc clear CMOS
/r restart
/ld Load BIOS default
Note: If you have the autoexec.bat file, the system will automatically flash the BIOS from the DOS prompt

Could someone clarify what the sys, bin, and bat file extenions represent and mean. I have read several differen bios upgrade comments and I'm confused because some of them specifically say don't include a certain file(.sys) while some say specifically to include them.
