Help Me Choose A Power Supply

I've got my new system ordered execpt for the Power Supply. I've narrowed my choices to the OCZ GameXStream, and the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 EPS12V. I want to get a really good power supply that could support two 7950GX2 video cards. The most I want to spend is around $200 on it. Below is my systems specs, just keep in mind that I will be adding another 400gb hard drive later and maybe a video card.

I'm pretty sure a corsiar hx620 will run that system, however it's not quad sli rated... not sure how much that means. The gamexstream is economical more than super quality, though it is very good. Hey if you've got the cash, you could get the pcp&c, the corsiar's only $10 less. Plus the orange is cool. Out of those two... the pcp&c. Built by seasonic too.

Get a Seasonic M12, 700W.

Forget the OCZ GameXStream, it and the FSP Epsilon go out of ripple spec near full load.

Yeah, the etasis built zeus series is great, got good reviews as jonny's site. Check it out

An 80mm fan at full song does not=quiet
The silverstone Strider will be cheaper and have a 120mm fan.
The Seasonic M12 will have a 120 plus a 60mm that kicks in under heavy load.

You will NOT have a PSU delivering 600W of power in silence

I ordered the 750W Zeus power supply. Also got the PS cover silverstone sells to reduce the noise some. Thanks for the input guys.

I got it from www.sundialmicro.com. It cost about $175 and around $10 shipping. I ordered my case from them earlier this year.

While we're in here, what output do I really NEED in a power supply?
I'm talking about a computer that will over the course of the next year, BECOME a gaming rig.
Is 400W too low? Is 600W excessive?
I'm always amazed at how much I dont know about computers... =\
