Help Me Choose Components for a Gaming/MultiMedia Rig

Hi folks. I've been scouring around to research the appropriate components for a gaming/multimedia rig that I don't particularly plan on doing any OC'ing.

I plan on getting:
Intel E6420 CPU when it comes out
I want to setup a RAID 0 OS Array and RAID 5 Data Array, so 6 SATA ports is most desireable.
I have an eVGA 7900GS and may want to go SLI at some point
I'm therefore thinking of the eVGA 680i LT motherboard
For memory, i'm thinking of the recent Corsair 2GB Kit DDR2-800 C4.

The main thing I want is stability, set it up and let it go.

I already got my Antec 900 case.

Please provide any thoughts and other options.

Rofl, SLI-ing 7900GS is a waste of money. Save it and get a mid-range DX10 card when they're out and ebay your 7900GS.
You're not overclocking so just get the cheapest DDR2 you can; you can go as low as DDR2-533 because that's what it'll all run at by default.

if you dont plan on OCing, personally i would suggest an AMD rig. With the price cuts they are a big player in the medium end which is where the E6420 lays. But if you have your heart set on Intel that is a fine choice of CPU if your thinking of Intel for the rig

It sounds like 680i LT is overkill. What other good options for a motherboard would you suggest that has enough SATA ports for my RAID desires.
