put some vicks vapo rub in some hot water and breathe it in thru your nose. get it in your eyes and you'll get fvcked.

Hold your nose and blow, at the same time, keep the air from escaping from your nose. Keep this for about 5 secs then you'll be able to breath properly through your nose for the next few secs. Repeat till you're satisfied.

If you do this.. where does the blockage go? I am guessing the ears but I could be wrong.

best thing in the world to clear up sinuses is a saline solution. get some and squirt it up your nose. It will burn a little and feel awful, but it WILL work. This is what every doctor we have been to has told us and it does work. you can buy it at any place that sells nasal drops or you can make some.


cup of warm water and tablespoon of salt, mix well and squirt

I prefer Vicks Sinex if I'm going to use a nasal spray. It actually works close to what's advertised (12 hours).
