It came with my Dell a few years ago. It's a split key "natural" keyboard, but the nice thing about it is that it has a tab and backspace key in the center (between the split). On the bottom, it says SK-6000E, which I assume is the model number. I found one here, which is exactly the same but with a touchpad.

Please help me find this keyboard without a touchpad and/or for cheaper. Thanks!

This one doesn't have a touchpad (don't be fooled by the picture). While it doesn't have tab and backspace in the center (What purpose does that serve???) it does use OmniKey's legendary ALPS mechanical keyswitch, which is what you should care about, anyway

I have the sk6000. I don't use it. It comes with a touchpad that I sometimes used and sometimes not. It's too big for my keyboard drawer. You interested?

If you're into keyboard ergonomics, and don't need international layout, then I strongly suggest you try this:

http://www.datadesktech.com/desktop_sb.html

The non-staggered, truly finger friendly layout makes all the difference. The 3D shape, low force key mechanism with real switches, and the narrow design add to it. Got two of those a couple of days ago, one for work and one at home. The fact that after a few hours on this keyboard I'm totally incapable of typing correctly on any other keyboard says it all. On the SmartBoard, the keys are arranged in a way that comes natural to your fingers, not by how they HAD to be arranged to account for the mechanical needs of the original mechanical typewriters 100 years ago.

Hi

The keyboard is a generic keyboard which was branded with many different names, but was originally made by the Taiwanese company Silitek. Do a search on google for "sk 6000" to get an idea of the brands. As far as I know they have stopped making them a year or so ago, so an auction is probably your best bet for getting one.
