So I just got an offer for an operations engineering intership this summer with Amazon, and I get to rank my preferences for location out of the below list. Many of the locations are in the midwest (where I have lived all of my life), so I would like to avoid those.
So far I am thinking:
1. Bellevue, WA - Seattle would be awesome, so this is definitely my #1 choice.
2. Sterling, VA - I think the DC metro area would be a lot of fun.
3. Nashua, NH - 50 minutes northwest of Boston, it looks like a pretty cool place.
4. New Castle, DE - Would rather try some place new on the east coast than in the midwest.
Any comments on the other places? Phoenix or Dallas might be cool, but probably too hot for me in the summer.
EDIT: It's JUST for the summer, so I'm not really taking the long-term into consideration at this point.
