Help me selecting

Hi there can some one help me selecting a good photo viewer software which supports all format and editing features..
This is for home use only..... i take pictures on digital camera...

please help

I would go with Adobe Photoshop Elements. It goes for about $100 on CDROM or $90 if you download it off of the Adobe website. Elements is basically a less-featured version of Photoshop that will let you do basic quality image editing. It's gotten good reviews as well. http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/main.html

Also, are you planning on doing any visual editing to your photos? If you just want to view and organize them, then don't spend any money, just get Picasa.
