Alright fellas, I am very much aware of internet scams coming from ebay, paypal and citibank but unfortunately my not-so-internet-savvy-bless-her-heart-gf mistakenly gave info to a verizon scam site.
Email is as follows:
Dear Verizon Member,
The credit card we have on file for your Verizon Internet service was
declined when we attempted to bill you on 09/28/2004 for your
most recent service fees. For this reason, your service could be suspended.
Please visit our Account Information pages, located at http://account.verizon.com,
and update your credit card information as soon as possible.
Once your credit card information is updated, you will be charged
immediately, as soon as payment is received.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to
continuing to serve you.

The true link reads like this:
http://24.232.147.238/verizon-...954309865430986594309/
Here is the link
She enetered everything except for the PIN which she did not enter and when she clicked on next, they asked her for her PIN so she closed the browser.
Question is: Did her clicking on "next" send any info? And if she did, what should she do besides calling the credit companies to place them on a potential fraud alert?
Any guidance and help is appreciated.
EDIT: All right guys, I knew this post would be flame bait - thanks for the suggestions from the helpful people.
