Odds are you monitor is not dying. Jiggling as you describe it is usually caused by an external magnetic interference. Some items that can create magnetic interference are. Another monitor running a different refresh rate, TV, Fans, motors, large speakers, elevators, air conditioners, air purifiers, electric street cars, subway trains, electric staplers, fluorescent lamps etc. Basically anything with an electric motor or an appliance that draws a lot of electric current can interfere with your monitor and cause it to jiggle
Has anything changed recently in the environment your monitor is located in? If so that would be the first suspect.
