2336,
what you out for? A maximum performance setup (meaning you want a 100 MHz mainboard with an AGP slot and zip onboard), or a simple improvement over what you have there?
For the latter case, the one to get is PC-Chips M599LMR - it's MicroATX, uses the SiS 530 chipset for integrated VGA, UDMA66 IDE, two USB, and 100 MHz CPU bus. It also sports onboard C-Media 8738 4.1-channel PCI 3D audio and softmodem plus an SiS 900 10/100 PCI LAN chip. Or if you can get its successor M581LMR already, get that. It uses the much faster SiS 540 all-in-one-chip monster for the same features, but with much better 3D graphics performance.
If you're after the further setup, I'll have to pass. I don't recall any mATX super-7 board that doesn't either use an SiS integrated-VGA chipset or eats up the AGP bus by using some other low performance onboard VGA.
