Help! on processor and ram

i have a problem right now i have a 1200 duron and i am running fine with 2516 mb pc 2100 crucial ram with msi kt333 aru. Once i swap in my new ram 512mb pc 2700 it runs good for about 20 mins then my computer freezes. Could it be because the ram is 333fsb and is over heating my processor?

The RAM won't overheat your cpu. You might have a bad stick of RAM. It happens.

You might want to run Memtest86 on it. (top stickied thread in this forum has a link)
