I built a pc and I’m stuck on American mega trends screen, I’m pressing f2 or delete at startup like the manual says but it doesn’t take me to bios, instead I’m starting at the American mega trends screen, I’ve tried every scenario I can think of, resetting, tried using 1 stick of ram, unplugging graphics card, I’m not getting any beeps or errors but no matter I do I can’t get into bios I’ve also checked all connections, I’ve reset the cmos with pc off, only plugging in what was needed such as monitor, keyboard, and my flash drive that has windows 10 so I could boot from that, I’m stuck any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

PC components:
Intel i9 10900k
Asus z590m prime plus motherboard
evga GeForce rtx 3060 xc graphics card
Team group ddr4 3600, total ram 128 gb

That’s the other thing I can’t seem to figure out, I only have 1 keyboard plugged in, 1 monitor, and one usb flash drive with windows 10 downloaded on it, I have no idea why it’s showing 2 keyboards

What happens if you unplug all USB devices, and move the keyboard to a different USB port, then reboot. Can you get to the Bios then?

Already tried that still nothing, I was thinking maybe my keyboard isn’t responding but I don’t have any errors saying no keyboard detected

Can you change the keyboard ?
I don’t have another one right off hand, I’m going to pick one up today, I was starting to think maybe it’s a keyboard issue I was just thrown off because it’s not saying the “no keyboard detected error” maybe that doesn’t necessarily mean anything

Your board has crashfree bios 3, so you could update the bios to the latest version, and then see if you can get into it.
That’s the part where I struggle, I’m not exactly sure how to go about doing that, how would I update it without being able to use my pc, I do have a laptop but is that something I download from the asus onto a flash drive?

Strange to me that the bios rev is listed on his POST report as 0406 but ASUS com don't mention that rev, only 0404 and 0811.
If the windows 10 USB is not engaged, will Crash Bios 3 USB have better luck ? I agree its worth a try.
EDIT--Maybe the Crash Bios 3 DVD hookup will work ?

You should read the instructions in your manual. Basically you put the new bios on a usb stick, and then it updates automatically. You need to read the directions as it may need to be in a certain USB port.

Although a BIOS update should help, and may help with the RAM too, I can't help but think that there is something "funky" about the RAM. Filling RAM capacity can sometimes be an issue, but it's just as likely that perhaps you have a buggy/bad RAM stick.

I would remove all but one RAM stick, left in the "appropriate" slot (see manual for details, it's not always the closest slot), and try things that way first, then update the BIOS.

Ok so I downloaded the bios file, renamed it to what the manual says, actually once I extracted the file it kind of automatically renamed it for me, I put the usb into my usb 2.0 port, turned on my pc and it still says American mega trends lol 😂, it is recognizing the flash drive, according to the manual it should be an automatic read, but that’s just not helping my situation I guess

I just notice that the bios screen said to hit F1 to continue, but you said you were pressing F2 in your original post. Was that just a typo, or did you not press F1?
I pressed f2 at startup like it said nothing happens, then it take me to the American mega trends like shown in the picture, so I then pressed f1 and still nothing

You need to try a different keyboard next.
That’s what I’m thinking, It’s a brand new keyboard but I guess my pc just doesn’t like it, it’s the hyper x origin 60, it does say that there is a firmware that you can download I’m just not sure if that has something to do with it or not, maybe just a plain Jane keyboard is what I need for this

I just saw your pic that you posted in your reply to Larry, and you are still on version 406. 0811 is the latest version. So it didn't update?
