I built a pc and I’m stuck on American mega trends screen, I’m pressing f2 or delete at startup like the manual says but it doesn’t take me to bios, instead I’m starting at the American mega trends screen, I’ve tried every scenario I can think of, resetting, tried using 1 stick of ram, unplugging graphics card, I’m not getting any beeps or errors but no matter I do I can’t get into bios I’ve also checked all connections, I’ve reset the cmos with pc off, only plugging in what was needed such as monitor, keyboard, and my flash drive that has windows 10 so I could boot from that, I’m stuck any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

PC components:
Intel i9 10900k
Asus z590m prime plus motherboard
evga GeForce rtx 3060 xc graphics card
Team group ddr4 3600, total ram 128 gb

Those are things that are useful to a PC enthusiast to have on-hand for diagnosis:
A spare keyboard and mouse, and a spare ATX PSU of sufficient wattage for your system.

You don't have to keep them around the house, especially if you have the convenience of a Walmart or something nearby (does WM stock PSUs? BestBuy does, and so does Staples), but they can be handy.

Or you could be like me, a PC parts hoarder and system-builder, I've got literally spares of basically EVERYTHING to go into a PC around here.

I already have a spare motherboard, that was one of my first thoughts after I built this thing is I need spare parts, I hate waiting lol, this was actually my first build so I’m a rookie but I actually enjoyed doing it

now is not a good time however having a backup video card is a good thing, even if it is to test if the old one is working sort of like the new keyboard If you see a low cost moderately modern video card buy it. I am not talking about a $500+ gaming card. I am talking about a $50 2GB basic desktop card.
It can be an outdated card just make sure it is good enough for your monitor.

I have an old gtx260 as my backup. Windows assigns it basic drivers when it is installed and it has gotten me out of two jams.
