Help sendins Email from a workplace

Hey, i have a laptop for at work and am trying to send emails

however, when I send I get this message:

Relaying temporarily denied. Cannot resolve PTR record for x.x.x.x

My email works fine at home but not here. And here is where I need it most for ordering parts and such.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Are you using outlook or are you using yahoo, msn, gmail, etc...

is your work using roadruuner account or is that your home account?

if roadrunner is your home account, you need to find out what your work smtp server address is.
