HELP! Stupid Question Warning Regarding Case Fan

I just bought this case fan...

but I'm not sure which way it should be installed. There is no documentation that came with the fan.

Fans generally blow out the side the label is on in the center of the fan

Also, people generally have their case airflow go front-to-rear, if that was what the question was. If your case has side or top fans, the conventional approach is to intake on the side and exhaust out the top, too.

I only have one case fan right now (the one I bought). Only other fans are on the processor heat sink and the power supply. This one fan is located in the middle of the back. So it should be blowing out, correct?

The mounting dampeners included make the fan not such a good fit in the fan mounting bracket.
