I was having a problem with a system that was running very slow and was clearly infected. I took the hard drive out and installed it as a secondary drive in another system so I could scan it.
I ran NOD32 and it found a bunch of infections. Not sure what they were exactly but they were all cleaned. I put the hard drive back in the original system but now I get a blue screen 0x0000007 right at boot up.
I looked it up and it seems that it could be because the drive configuration was changed (I'm pretty sure I put it back how it was as I just disconnected the cables and connected the same ones back when I re-installed it) or virus (which were said to be cleaned).
Is there anything else it could be? What can I do to fix this?
