HELP!!! Upstairs Neighbors!!!

Well, living on the second floor of the dorm complex, we have neighbors all around us, my roomates and i all have pritty nice stereo equipment, but mine puts out the most bass, nobody in any of the rooms around us have ever said anything or cared about our "Excessive Bass" but if i even so much as touch my volume, before i even get to listen to anything there pounding on the floor for me to shut it off! they've even had the resident advisors and the cops over, anybody got any good ideas on what to do here? i like to listen to my musik farely loud, and most of it is a little base intensive, not being able to turn it up just blows what should we do!?

Basically, tough sh!t. Some people suck that way at all hours of the day, and they never leave their rooms. Buy some decent headphones.

Buy headphones. I hate people that stay up till 4 am playing music and refuse to either buy or use headphones. I don't see what the problem is. If you want to listen to music loud, get headphones.

Bass gives people headaches. Bass goes through walls like they're not even there. Turn the bass down or get some ear phones. What do you need help for?
