This guy has ripped of a bunch of people and all are very pissed. Please help us in trying to get a phsysical address. He is verified by paypal (anyone have backdoor clearence here?) Please do not delete this moderators.

206-501-XXXX is Seattle, Washington. According to one of this guys posts, he's only 18 years old.

I'd never trust an 18 year old Vietnamese guy living in Seattle, Washington with my money.

But then again, if whatever deal you had with him looked good enough originally, I may have made the same mistake too.

Screw the Feds. They are ASS slow when it comes to investigating fraud. In November 1999, about 15 e8ayers and I were ripped off by someone in New Mexico for items worth several hundred to several thousand dollars. A formal complaint was submitted to the New Mexico Attorney General's office, as well as to e8ay and the Post Office (since I used a money order). The NM assistant Attorney General turned the case over to the FBI. I gave an NM FBI agent assigned to the case all info I had about the seller (fake name and PO box, e-mails with headers, etc.). I hear nothing until early Spring 2000 when a local FBI agent wants to interview me, and I give him all the same information (with the addition of a copy of the signed money order obtained from the Post Office). The FBI agent told me not to expect getting my money back. So guess what? I never hear from them again.

I guess the FBI have much more important or bigger cases to handle

I wish there could be a vigilante group set up to track these frauds down and beat them to a pulp... I mean, if someone want to steal from so many people, they deserve to die. Nevermind punishment, why let them exist in the world?

I sent him money via paypal, on 10/04/00. I still have not received anything nor any e-mail from him other then saying he would pay back on wednsday but I believe he's trying to buy some time to change all the information about him. Other people have sent him money and have no received anything, now that i've done some looking into it there are a lot of complaints about this guy. Do I think he will pay me back? not really seeing he has no problem with lying about things.

Are you kidding, Alex Nguyen... Come on, Nguyen is like the most commonly used last name in the Veitnameese community (like Chin or Chan in China, or Thomas in England, or Smith here in the US, or Gonzales in Mexico). Try looking up Nguyen in Alhambra, CA, have fun.... Don't think there is any connection between San Antonio and Seattle. But, I guess you never know?
