After working this summer in a law firm in Seattle, I discovered a few resources that may help in tracking down this character. If anyone is in the Seattle area and is willing to spend some time in the downtown business district, there is a goldmine of records at the King County Courthouse. The Courthouse is located at 516-3rd Ave. (Just past James on 3rd Ave.) Chances are, if this guy is slightly crooked, he might have a prior record. Your best bet is to start on the 6th floor in the King County Clerk's Office. They have computers along the right far wall, which can be used to look up any Criminal or Civil offense he may have committed. Next, you can try the KC Sheriff's office on the 1st floor - Room W150. Ask the clerk to look up this guy's name. And lastly you can find information regarding traffic infractions on the 3rd floor at the KC District Court office - room E340. Just provide a name and they will do the rest.
All of these records are part of the public domain and can be searched by anybody who is willing to spend some time. I realize that this may be a long shot, especially if the guy is only 18 years old, but maybe some information will turn up. Just keep in mind, if he has a prior record, this case can be forwarded and will be easier to prosecute him.
I hope this information scares the sh*t out of Alex Nguyen, and realizes that he might be serving time in the very near future. If I were still in Seattle, I would personally go look him up. It is the worst feeling when you get ripped off, as I have been several times. So lets get him.
