After working this summer in a law firm in Seattle, I discovered a few resources that may help in tracking down this character. If anyone is in the Seattle area and is willing to spend some time in the downtown business district, there is a goldmine of records at the King County Courthouse. The Courthouse is located at 516-3rd Ave. (Just past James on 3rd Ave.) Chances are, if this guy is slightly crooked, he might have a prior record. Your best bet is to start on the 6th floor in the King County Clerk's Office. They have computers along the right far wall, which can be used to look up any Criminal or Civil offense he may have committed. Next, you can try the KC Sheriff's office on the 1st floor - Room W150. Ask the clerk to look up this guy's name. And lastly you can find information regarding traffic infractions on the 3rd floor at the KC District Court office - room E340. Just provide a name and they will do the rest.

All of these records are part of the public domain and can be searched by anybody who is willing to spend some time. I realize that this may be a long shot, especially if the guy is only 18 years old, but maybe some information will turn up. Just keep in mind, if he has a prior record, this case can be forwarded and will be easier to prosecute him.

I hope this information scares the sh*t out of Alex Nguyen, and realizes that he might be serving time in the very near future. If I were still in Seattle, I would personally go look him up. It is the worst feeling when you get ripped off, as I have been several times. So lets get him.

Ok, so I was in a hurry earlier, and posted his info. He may have an explanation, i'd give him another week. From my past dealings with him (which weren't TOO long ago) he was completely professional. He was a great trader when I dealt with him. Perhaps someone is using his identity in the recent attempts? Or maybe he is a good fruit gone bad.
Anyway, I hope it all gets worked out.

what a horses A$$... I think that guy should be permanently banned. (at the least)

this still does not change the fact that he stole. I hope he plans to return the money with intrest. Otherwise that was definately theft.

He should deliver on the $250 Palm Vx's that he sold under false pretenses or offer a full refund plus extra $$$$ for compensation...

<< I got ripped off $5000 from this guy on E8ay >>

and did you tell e8ay?? E8ay would do something about it, or at least help you figure out what to do, i was watching one of those daytime judge shows and someone was suing another person in small claims court over a deal gone bad on e-bay, according to what was said two months after the auction ended the police busted down the seller's door and arrested him!

According to the buyer (some little teenage girl buying nsync tickets) she contacted the Internet Fraud Complaint Center and they took it from there, arresting the seller, etc, i recommend anyone that is severely ripped off (like a few hundred dollars) to contact them.

the Internet Fraud Complaint center was very slow at responding to a request of mine earlier this summer. I put in a complaint in august and they just emailed me a week ago. (2+ months) I had already forgotten about the company/website by that time

jhassi you are right. From what I understand the complaint did originate with the internet fraud complaint folks. They in turn assist in helping direct you to the proper resources.

I am not sure what the court show you were watching was doing, but this was a nationally publicized case. It may have been a dramatization because the case is still in the criminal courts here, and the perps were two female college students at Emory University in Atlanta (they lived in Marietta where the crime was committted). A buddy of mine was the investigating officer in this case (Cobb County Georgia). The two girls were selling Nsync tickets that did not exist. He worked with e8ay and the victim to track it to the two girls and obtained felony warrants for their arrest. And, I nabbed one of them... I love my job sometimes...

He's probably thinking it's a good time to relocate to another city!

Good luck getting any response from him when he moves to Hanoi!

If I may borrow the signature of the individual in question--under his alias BuMBaNgBaNg: "Once a cheater, always a cheater".

A behavior of this nature does not start overnight.

This individual has continually lied about other trivial matters in the past. I never trusted and I questioned everything he ever claimed.

Most of you are of the impression that this guy is 18.

May I ask how you obtained such information? If such information was not verified through concrete evidence, then I must suggest that you were fooled by this individual.

He has continually given inconsistent information about his age . . .. He said he was 22 to some guy elsewhere.

However, after doing research, I obtained information that revealed that he is 24 years old.

He gave excuses that he's really 24, but on legal documents he is 22. I had to question his credibility because such question was asked in an informal context.

In any case, I would like to know when last Morris you transacted with this individual using the address you gave there.

This individual tends to give out so much information about his personal life--even though he lies about some of them. He had claimed that his parents own a home in Seattle and he was staying with them there. So that apartment number makes me wonder. Thus the time period for which you transacted with him is material to knowing his current place of residence.

One thing people don't know about this guy is that he loves to be noted, and he would go any length to be noted. I knew that that hospitalization story was just concocted! He got the attention he sought this while, and he knowingly prolonged the suspense and issue (there is word for some of his nature . . . they often seem nice . . . but they have that dark side of them when they want things their way). . ..

1. It's good to have an excuse cuz it gives you more time.
2. Comes down to saying vs doing.

Can you please provide a link to a page detailing the case? I am curious about it.
