I'm running Windows XP on an Athlon T-bird 1.2GHz, EPoX 8KHA+, 512MB PC2100 DDR.
It's a triple-display system: AGP All-In-Wonder 128 Pro (16MB), then PCI Voodoo3 3000 and Viper V550 (both 16MB). I'm running MultiMedia Center 7.1.
My problem is this: when I'm watching TV, or specifically, when I am on composite input, the video from the source is noticeably delayed, by about half a second (VERY frustrating when playing Super Nintendo). There are obviously many variables to try messing with, but has anyone experienced and solved this problem? I bought this card because my TV Wonder VE wasn't giving me an adequate framerate.
