"HELP" (Which SDRAM company is the best? or which to buy)

IS all RAM the same. What I mean by this is, is one company better then another and if so what company is the best. There are a lot of different companys to chose form and the price differnce between them is only a few dollars so how much of a difference is there.

Any help would be good

Crucial, period.

I'll never again deal with another memory company, theres just no comparison. Mushkin is ok if for some reason you need them, but they suck in their own little way.

As for why, pretty much any memory will do what it says, any generic PC133 is going to run at PC133, but probably not at 222/5 timings. Crucial's memory is also pretty overclockable and currently insanly cheap, 256MB PC133 CAS222/5 for $112.

too bad it's not available in Canada, you have to order on their web site, and send it to Canada.. plus the exchange of currency and tax!

The memory companies that AnandTech uses in his reviews are all good. The decision points are whether you are going to overclock, whether you want to run CAS 2 or 3. I don't think it makes sense to buy memory slower than 133MHz. I have had excellent service from Mushkin.

It's a Canadian company, it only available in Canada...
As long as you don't overclock it, I think any generic company will do fine.

Personally I would go with Crucial which is Micron's memory division. The frustration with dealing with bad ram resulting from buying generic cheaper ram just isn't worth your time and the saved money. Plus memory is so cheap as it is anyways so going with a name brand company is a no brainer.
