My Atlas 10K seems to have died. I hoping that someone has seen this before and might know what to do. This happened yesterday and haven't been able to call Quantum yet because their tech support isn't open till Monday.
I was messing with an IDE disk and had my SCSI card (DC-390U2W) pulled out to protect my SCSI drives. I plugged the card back in and booted the machine and the Atlas drive didn't show up in the SCSI bus scan. The drive won't even spin up. I did notice that the Fault LED on the drive is blinking. I've tried different cables, putting it on another power supply, and messing with the drive jumpers all to no avail.
Does anyone know anything that might work or have any ideas? I have a bunch of data on this drive that I really don't want to loose. Thanks.
