Im just curious as to which settings in my bios should I be tweaking with, is there a guide available somewhere that could guide me through the process of tweaking my bios to get better video card performance as well as maybe speed my system up????? Id greatly appreciate any help for I think this maybe one of the reasons why Im getting poor benchmark performance.

In 3d Marks Im getting a score around 6000-6200
using my Gf 2 pro Im getting around 4000- 4200
I seriously think its something in my bios, My motherboard is currently a AD11 FIC I know its not the best BUT at one time I used to be able to rock at 80-100 fps in my first person shooters using my geforce 2 pro. Now I drop dramatically to 30- 70 fps, Ive also updated all my drivers as well.
